At Xika Tees, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Eligible for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Printing error or misprint
- Wrong product or size delivered (our error)
Not Eligible for Returns
- Wrong size ordered by the customer (please refer to the size chart before ordering)
- Change of mind after delivery
- Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags and packaging
- Claims raised after 7 days from the delivery date
Refund Policy
- If a refund is approved due to product damage or printing error, it will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is eligible for return, you can request a refund and place a new order.
Important Notes
- Please record an unboxing video when you receive your order. This helps us verify any damage or defect claims quickly.
- Colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to the nature of digital printing.
- Refunds are not applicable for incorrect customer information leading to delivery failure.
